Sunshine Villa is a large Victorian house that has recently been lovingly restored to a high standard. Two reception rooms, dining room for 8 and a fully fitted, modern kitchen create a spacious, airy home which is ideal for large groups or families - who need space while on holiday by the sea. We use hotel bed linen - beautiful white linen and fluffy white towels.We are located up a quiet side street a short stroll from the beach.
The South facing Moroccan themed courtyard with barbeque and seating is a tranquil place to relax after a day on the beach.
Each bedroom is carefully decorated to create a relaxing environment for our guests - 2 bathrooms and a separate WC is ideal for large groups. There is a 'play room' for children which includes, TV, DVD player, PSP 2, a box of fun dressing up clothes, lots of books and games.
Golf is only a putt away at the North Foreland golf course or mini golf is 5 minutes away. Great coastal bike and walking trails. Sailing clubs. There's something for everyone in Broadstairs - old or young. Our pictures say it all!

We can supply a Z bed for one extra guest. There is an ipod docking station with radio/cd player. Please bring a dongle for internet access or there is an internet cafe on York St 5 minutes away from Sunshine Villa.
